Reflections from the CORFAC Conference in Amsterdam
Every market is different. Each city has its own rhythms, its own challenges, and its own opportunities. But when you step back and listen, the common threads in commercial real estate become clear.
That was one of the takeaways from this year’s CORFAC Global Conference in Amsterdam, where Jeff joined fellow partners from across the world.

A Global Network at Work
The CORFAC network is made up of independent commercial real estate firms in more than 50 markets worldwide. Twice a year, partners gather to share updates, compare strategies, and strengthen the relationships that keep the network so effective.
In Amsterdam, the conversations ranged from market-specific challenges to broader industry trends. Partners swapped stories about navigating shifting demand, creative deal structures, and what it takes to help clients move forward in uncertain times.

More Than Market Updates
What stood out most was the consistent reiteration of what matters most. Across continents and asset types, the same themes kept surfacing:
- Relationships drive results. Trust and consistency remain the foundation of every successful deal.
- Challenges are shared. Whether in Atlanta or Amsterdam, landlords and tenants are facing many of the same questions about space use, timing, and flexibility.
- New ideas travel well. Learning how peers in other markets are adapting often sparks fresh thinking at home.

Why It Matters in Atlanta
For Pollock clients, being part of CORFAC means having access to a network of trusted partners who share our values and our commitment to results. It means when your needs cross markets, or when we want perspective from outside our own backyard, we have experts we can call who know their cities just as well as we know ours.

Looking Ahead
The Amsterdam conference was a reminder of why we value being part of CORFAC: global perspectives that make us sharper and local connections that keep us grounded.
At Pollock Commercial, our reputation is based on results, but those results are made stronger by the relationships we build, both here in Atlanta and around the world.
