Jeff Pollock, CCIM

Jeff is a driven, creative and multifaceted commercial real estate professional offering a broad range of skills and experiences.  As someone who listens carefully before he speaks, Jeff develops an intuitive understanding of his clients’ needs and devises innovative ways to meet them.  He has found success by being resourceful and ethically invested to get the job done and achieve clients’ goals.

Prior to forming Pollock Commercial, Jeff led marketing and brokerage initiatives for Parkside Partners, an Atlanta-based commercial real estate development and brokerage firm.  While at Parkside, Jeff completed a wide variety of transactions including single user-building sales, traditional and loft office condominium sales and leases, landlord representation, tenant and purchaser representation and development consulting and acquisition services.  Additionally, Jeff was responsible for the branding, advertising and public relations for Parkside Partners and its developments.  

Prior to joining Parkside Partners, Jeff was the Southeast Director of Cityfeet, a leading commercial real estate marketing company now owned by Loopnet.  Jeff joined Cityfeet after serving as a Marketing Representative at The Griffin Company.  There, he specialized in office brokerage and tenant and buyer representation.

Since 2003, Jeff has been a big brother in the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta program.  He grew up in Raleigh, North Carolina and graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
